NEW QR CODE SYSTEM FOR

SERVICE AND FEEDBACK

Evergreen Septic Pumping has implemented QR Codes to enhance service record tracking and streamline customer feedback for all units.

HOW THE SERVICE TRACKING WORKS

Our service technicians will scan a unique Service QR coded decal on each unit when they perform service. This action automatically uploads the service date, time, and any recorded information regarding the unit's condition or damage into our system.

While we currently use GPS vehicle tracking, outward-facing cameras, and route documentation, the QR-Code Decal System is a new tool that will efficiently document servicing and report issues, with each unit assigned a unique ID in the database.

HOW CUSTOMER FEEDBACK IS COLLECTED

Customers have a simple way to provide feedback by scanning the QR code:

  • Positive Feedback: Scanning for positive feedback directs the customer to leave a Google or Yelp review for the toilet's GPS-tagged location.

  • Negative Feedback: Scanning for negative feedback allows the customer to provide specific details on how the unit's condition could be improved, with the option to include photos.

All feedback scans are sent directly to our office.
